This role involves performing Customs Brokerage operations, including Customs clearance, entry processing, and follow-up with CBP and PGAs such as FDA, CPSC, DOT, and EPA.
It requires strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and vendors, manage shipment dispatch, and escalate issues when necessary.
Candidates should be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable of Customs regulations and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
Experience with CargoWise Broker is preferred, along with industry experience in Customs brokerage.
Qualifications include college education, Certified Customs Specialist certification is a plus, and effective English communication skills.
