Were delivering nationwide facilities management tailoring lifecycle plans to local authority needs and providing M&E support cleaning catering and grounds maintenance with technology-driven efficiency. We are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our Kent County Council Assets and for scheduling and allocating maintenance and compliance jobs with internal engineers and our contractors. As the Compliance Administrator you will Oversee and review all planned preventive maintenance PPM tasks and remedial works as needed ensuring all updates are accurately recorded in internal CAFM systems within a timely manner. Communicate effectively with the supply chain ensuring planned maintenance requirements are scheduled and completed prior to due date. To ensure all PPMs and statutory tasks are completed in line with the contract and legislative requirements. Ensuring any KPI failures have followed the correct KPI deduction relief process where applicable communicate to the operations managers on any failures. Review upload and manage compliance documents for PPM tasks on concept and share point. Administration support for the Contract & Performance Team this will include business reports and trackers. Administration for all QA and auditing activities across the site. We are looking for Knowledge of compliance and analysing data within building services. Thorough knowledge and competent use of Office 360 and BIM. Familiarity with CAFM systems preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and oral with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Effective planning and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
