Job Details

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join a high‑profile litigation practice handling complex disputes across a range of industries. This role is ideal for an associate with strong litigation fundamentals who enjoys substantive responsibility, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.

The position offers hands‑on experience across all phases of litigation, including research, briefing, discovery, and trial preparation, along with opportunities to participate in client development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Support complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other substantive filings
Manage and support document production and discovery efforts
Assist with deposition and trial preparation
Collaborate closely with team members across multiple offices and disciplines
Contribute to client development efforts, including writing, speaking engagements, and related initiatives

What We’re Looking For

JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school
Admitted or eligible for admission in California
3+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with consumer class action litigation is a plus
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Professionalism in working with clients and colleagues
Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative team player
