We are seeking a Competency Advisor to support employee training and competency programs. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Training Coordinator, Learning Specialist, Instructor, Teacher, or in employee development.The position is a combination of data analysis and coaching, requiring someone who can interpret training data, communicate findings to management, and support ongoing employee development.
Responsibilities

• Maintain and update competency records and training materials
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness
• Support competency assessments and evaluations
• Coordinate training schedules and provide administrative support
• Analyze data and communicate results to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Assist with continuous improvement of training programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in training, learning and development, education, or employee development
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (100% On-Site)

Duration:

• Temporary/Contract
