The role involves managing compensation programs, market analytics, annual cycles, sales compensation, Workday administration, and exploring AI and automation for process improvements.
Required qualifications include 4–6 years of experience in multinational compensation, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Workday.
Preferred experience includes supporting sales compensation and familiarity with fintech or regulated sectors.
