Compensation Manager- North & South America (NASA)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Compensation Manager to lead compensation programs across the North & South America region (NASA). This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and Global Compensation teams to ensure our compensation philosophy supports business objectives while maintaining external competitiveness and internal equity.
This position offers the opportunity to influence regional compensation strategy, drive process improvements, and lead key compensation initiatives across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards.
Experience supporting multiple countries within a regional or global organization.
Strong expertise in:
Compensation Strategy
Salary Structures
Market Benchmarking
Job Evaluation
Annual Merit Review
Incentive Programs
Pay Equity
Experience leading compensation transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience leading or mentoring compensation professionals is highly desirable.
Advanced English is required.
Professional Spanish is highly desirable and strongly preferred, as this role partners extensively with stakeholders across Latin America.
French and/or Portuguese are considered an asset.
