Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs
Design, implement, and continuously improve total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead annual open enrollment, including planning, communication, vendor coordination, and employee support
Serve as a subject matter expert for employee benefits inquiries, eligibility, and claims resolution
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to advise on compensation and benefits matters
Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and job evaluation frameworks
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend data-driven enhancements
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Deliver training and education to employees and managers on total rewards programs
Oversee day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits, including payroll coordination, enrollments, and reporting
Participate in salary surveys, benchmarking initiatives, and regulatory audits
Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader HR initiatives and strategy


Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in compensation and benefits design, administration, and best practices
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms


Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
Experience with job analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements
