We are currently seeking a full time Compensation Analyst join our Corporate HR team.
The Compensation Analyst will perform analysis and evaluation of job descriptions, job pricing, support and advise the HR Business partners on compensation related matters, develop compensation education materials.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a compensation analyst.
Experience in salary survey participation and usage, compensation structure definitions and usage, and merit/bonus processing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
CCP or HR certification a plus.
Experience with Paycom a plus.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and documents.
