Community Support Technician - Catawba County- Hickory

Job Summary

Universal MH/DD/SAS is seeking a compassionate, dependable Community Support Technician to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Catawba County. This role focuses on assisting with daily living needs, community participation, and skill-building activities that promote independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in home and community settings
• Assist with daily living tasks and routines
• Support community-based activities and participation
• Help individuals build skills that increase independence and confidence

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM

Saturday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Location Catawba County

Pay Range Competitive wages

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
