Position Title: Lead Site Supervisors for Extended Day 2026-2027 - Brockton Public Schools is seeking 1 to 2 Lead Site Supervisors for the Community Schools Extended Day Program for the 2026-2027 school year. Supervisors will be assigned to school sites and will provide leadership and oversight for after-school and summer programming.

Program Schedule:

  • Before School Program: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM
  • After School Program: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Important Requirement:

  • Applicants must be available to begin work at 6:45AM and/or 3:30 PM for the after-school Smart Start Extended Day program.
  • Applicants must have experience working as a site supervisor in the Smart Start Extended Day program

Compensation:

  • BEA members: According to contract

Job Description: Lead Site Supervisors are responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Extended Day Program at assigned school locations. This includes supervising staff, maintaining communication with families and school administration, ensuring high-quality programming, and supporting student success in a safe and engaging environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of successful classroom or youth program experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience working as a site supervisor in the Smart Start Extended Day program
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and community partners

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff at assigned school sites
  • Maintain communication with families, school administration, and Community Schools office staff
  • Assist with planning and implementation of quality after-school programming
  • Monitor student attendance, records, and program documentation
  • Coordinate supplies and materials for program activities
  • Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Attend required meetings and professional development sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Coordinator of the Smart Start Extended Day program and by the Director of Community Schools
