Saint Mary School has been providing excellent academic experiences and religious formation to the children of the Northwest Suburbs since 1855. Saint Mary School is searching for a part-time Community Engagement Director to join this tradition of excellence. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys fostering relationships, supports the values of Catholic education, and is passionate about the Saint Mary School community. This individual will be responsible for promoting Saint Mary and forming relationships with the wider community, taking the lead on attracting new families, retaining our current families by creating a welcoming environment, and overseeing the enrollment process.
Candidates must work effectively as a member of a team, be creative, possess the ability to execute ideas, be a strong communicator, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. The candidate will work 10-20 hours per week. During the school year, the candidate will work Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed. During the summer, the candidate will be on campus one to two days per week.

This position has a yearly salary range of $10,000-$15,000 stipend. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
