Position Overview
As a Community Relations Associate, you'll support community outreach initiatives, charitable events, and engagement programs. Working alongside our Community Relations team, you'll help foster meaningful partnerships, strengthen our community presence, and contribute to programs that positively impact the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing community outreach programs, volunteer initiatives, and local events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, nonprofit partners, local leaders, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at community events, networking opportunities, and charitable activities.
- Support community engagement campaigns that align with company goals and corporate initiatives.
- Respond professionally to community inquiries and feedback while maintaining positive public relationships.
- Research local organizations, partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and community needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to support outreach efforts.
- Monitor, track, and report community engagement metrics and program performance.
- Help identify new opportunities to increase community involvement and strengthen brand awareness.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- A genuine passion for community engagement, volunteerism, and relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
