Responsibilities • Provide coaching and support to individuals with mental health conditions • Help individuals develop coping skills and strategies to manage their symptoms • Connect individuals with community resources and services • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals to share their experiences and goals
Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as mental health or social work • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures • Familiarity with community resources and services
