Job Title: Community Outreach Specialist

Job Description:
The Community Outreach Specialist will lead local engagement efforts to build relationships and introduce healthcare services to prospective patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, thrives in a self-driven environment, and has a knack for driving measurable results. You'll attend community events, network with local partners, and help individuals take the first step toward improved health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization at health fairs, community events, and local organizations
- Educate individuals about healthcare services and treatment options
- Identify prospective patients and assist with scheduling initial consultations
- Build partnerships with local community leaders and event coordinators
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track leads and appointments
- Assist with setting up event booths, materials, and promotional displays
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align on outreach strategy
- Track and meet appointment generation goals
Qualifications:
- Motivated, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Experience in outreach, sales, healthcare, or community relations preferred
- Proven success meeting goals or performance metrics
- Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable attending and presenting at public events
- Access to reliable transportation to travel locally
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs for event setup
