Esse Health is currently seeking a Community Outreach & Growth Coordinator for our Richmond Heights Internal Medicine office!
Opportunity:
The Community Outreach and Growth Coordinator will grow the patient base and recruit patients through a variety of engagement tactics such as community outreach, relationship building, and education. The Community Outreach and Growth Coordinator will engage prospective patients through community events and one-on-one interactions, ensuring all encounters are compliant and within appropriate guidelines.
- Full-time schedule.

- Reports to the Richmond Heights Internal Medicine Office Manager.
Day-to-Day:
- Represent Esse Health at community events, health fairs, senior centers and local organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, referral sources, and new and existing patients.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of Esse Health marketing and educational materials, including brochures and flyers, for use at community events and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with office staff and Providers to align outreach efforts with practice goals.
- Assist with patient retention efforts by supporting patient satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the practice.
- Follow up with patients to answer questions.
What you possess:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Prior healthcare sales experience required. Experience working with the senior population is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare plans and payors including Medicare Advantage plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain language.
- Community outreach and relationship building skills, especially with senior populations.
- Sales and persuasion skills with a consultative, patient-centered approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple leads and multiple outreach activities.
- Professional presentation skills for community events, group meetings and one-on-one interactions.
- Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating in the office with staff and Providers.
- Problem solving skills.
- The ability to address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation. The starting salary will likely be in the $50,000 - $65,000/year range (factors will include relevant candidate experience) plus bonus opportunities
