Community Outreach Event Associate
We are looking for motivated Community Outreach Event Associates to assist with local events and community engagement initiatives. Candidates should be team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable interacting with attendees in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Transport, set up, and break down event materials and equipment
- Assist with on-site event operations and coordination
- Support guest engagement and answer basic attendee questions
- Help organize inventory, supplies, and event materials
- Ensure events run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
- Collaborate closely with team members during event execution
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout events
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, logistics, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital communication tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
