Community Outreach & Business Development Representative (Full-Time)
Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Full-Time Community Outreach & Business Development Representative. This individual will play a key role in promoting our services, educating the community about home care options, and developing relationships that generate new business opportunities.

Position Summary
The Community Outreach & Business Development Representative will serve as an ambassador for Caring Hands Home Health throughout the community. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, educating the public about our services, developing referral partnerships, and contributing to the agency's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote Caring Hands Home Health services throughout the community.
- Educate potential clients, families, and referral sources about our home care programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians' offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain a strong referral pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct presentations with healthcare professionals, senior groups, and community organizations.
- Attend health fairs, networking events, community outreach activities, and other promotional events.
- Distribute marketing materials and company information.
- Follow up with prospective referral sources to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Utilize social media and community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Track outreach efforts, referral activities, and marketing results through regular reporting.
- Represent the organization professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed established monthly outreach, referral, and business development goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, hospice, assisted living, senior services, sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
- Existing relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups in community settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, and smartphone applications.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral contacts.
Schedule
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on community events and business needs.
- Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to attend networking events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
Service Area
This position will primarily serve Greensboro and surrounding counties, with travel throughout our service area as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during community events.
- Ability to lift and transport marketing materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
