Community Manager
Rohnert Park, CA | $40 to $45 per hour | Temp-to-Hire
We are hiring an experienced Community Manager to lead operations for a residential community in Rohnert Park. This priority opening requires a hands-on leader who can oversee property performance, resident satisfaction, and team operations while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of community operations
Lead leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination efforts
Manage occupancy goals, renewals, and resident retention initiatives
Review financial performance and support property budgeting processes
Supervise on-site staff and foster a positive team environment
Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations
Qualifications
2+ years of property management experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired
Entrata experience preferred; Yardi experience acceptable
Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and drive results
Resident-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills
