What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
- Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Oversee rent collections and delinquency management
- Supervise, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
- Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining high customer service standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing budgets, collections, leasing, and resident relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Entrata experience preferred
