What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
- Passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily property operations, including leasing, collections, and resident relations
- Drive occupancy and control delinquency
- Manage property budgets and vendor relationships
- Supervise office and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
