What We’re Looking For
2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with Entrata (preferred)
A passion for creating a positive resident experience and building community
Your Role
Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring financial success and occupancy goals are met
Lead and support your office and maintenance teams
Conduct regular property inspections and maintain community standards
Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee hiring
Ensure compliance with all safety and housing regulations
Maintain accurate and timely reporting
