What You’ll Do
As Community Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while leading your team to achieve operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance teams
Manage budgets, expenses, collections, and delinquency
Ensure strong resident satisfaction and customer service
Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
Oversee vendor relationships, compliance, and reporting
Execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize performance
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills
Experience with leasing, resident relations, collections, and financial performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Entrata experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
