Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in multifamily property management, renovations, occupancy growth, resident retention, budgeting, and team leadership.
We are looking for a motivated professional who can successfully oversee daily operations while helping guide community renovations, unit upgrades, and capital improvement projects.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
Previous apartment community management experience
Renovation, value-add, or capital project experience required
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing occupancy, resident retention, delinquency, and property performance goals
Experience with budgets, expense control, vendor management, and financial reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred:
Experience with Entrata property management software
Experience managing unit renovations, rehabs, or community repositioning efforts
Community Manager Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, ensuring strong financial and operational performance

Manage budgets, NOI performance, expense control, delinquency, and reporting
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standards
Coordinate vendors and oversee renovation projects, capital improvements, and apartment upgrades
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety standards, and company policies
Maintain accurate records and operational reporting
