As the Community Manager, you'll be the face of the property and the driving force behind its success. Your duties include:
Managing all aspects of daily operations, leasing, and maintenance
Ensuring fast and efficient unit turnovers for maximum occupancy
Handling rent collection, deposits, and financial performance
Enforcing community policies and ensuring compliance with housing regulations-including Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance
Maintaining excellent resident relations and team morale
Overseeing vendors, service contracts, and property inspections
3+ years of experience managing large apartment communities
Strong LIHTC/Tax Credit Compliance background
Experience using property management software (OneSite preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
