What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with leasing, resident retention, collections, and daily property operations
• Budget management and financial reporting experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of a 133-home apartment community
• Coach, mentor, and support the onsite team
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
• Manage budgets, collections, and overall financial performance
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards
• Deliver outstanding resident experiences and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
