The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Brand Engagement Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in New York, NY. Details for the position are as follows:

Location: New York, NY Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days In-Office)
Pay Rate: $91.42/hr
Duration: 5 Months

Job Description

  • Drive brand engagement through social listening, influencer advocacy, community management, and product seeding initiatives.
  • Monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms to identify trends, creator behaviors, viral moments, and cultural insights.
  • Translate social trends into actionable engagement strategies, content opportunities, and brand activation concepts.
  • Develop and deliver weekly social listening reports covering brand sentiment, competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer conversations.
  • Identify influencer opportunities and execute reactive outreach programs tied to trending moments, creator milestones, and cultural events.
  • Manage bespoke gifting campaigns for VIP and macro influencers, including concept development, product selection, packaging, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
  • Oversee large-scale influencer seeding programs across macro, mid-tier, micro, and nano creator communities.
  • Manage social community engagement through direct messages, comments, and user interactions aligned with brand voice guidelines.
  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate amplification of user-generated content (UGC) across brand channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing, public relations, and influencer agencies to manage talent lists, product inventory, ordering, shipping, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain gifting inventory and track campaign performance, product deployment, and engagement outcomes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand engagement considered.
