**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee and manage all community-related initiatives and activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and grow our community, as well as building relationships with community members.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and community management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement community initiatives designed to create connections between community members.
