About the Role: The Community Manager serves as the primary representative of ownership and management to residents, commercial tenants, vendors, staff, and the public. This role is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including all common areas, parking facilities, building envelope, loading docks, service hallways, and commercial (office and retail) portions of the property as required under each lease. The Community Manager oversees financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards to ensure resident, tenant, and employee satisfaction.
