Emplify Health is hiring a Community Link Specialist to help engage and bring in top talent. This role serves as a valuable resource for candidates and their families; offering personalized tours, local insights, and ongoing support to help them build connections and feel at home in the community. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to stay involved with the community without working a full-time schedule.
What you will do:
Serve as the main contact for candidates and new hires considering relocation, providing personalized tours, community resources, and relocation support
Build and maintain relationships with local partners in housing, education, childcare, recreation, civic groups, nonprofits, and other community organizations
Track acceptance and retention data to guide program improvements
What you will get:
Starting wage of $25.95/hour + more for relatable experience
Work 16 hours per pay period with a flexible schedule

Please note: We will be hiring individuals who reside within a reasonable commuting distance of either Green Bay or La Crosse, WI and are familiar with one of those communities and comfortable giving tours.
What you will need:
Associate's degree in business, communication, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for the local community, along with the ability to build and sustain community partnerships
Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity when supporting diverse populations
