Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a high-energy Community Liaison & Business Development Representative to help expand our presence throughout the community by developing referral partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and increasing awareness of our services.

What You'll Do
Develop New Referral Partnerships
- Build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
- Identify and develop new referral sources throughout the territory.
- Open doors and establish Home Helpers as a trusted community resource.
- Create long-term referral partnerships that generate consistent business growth.
Grow Market Presence
- Represent Home Helpers at networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and community events.
- Deliver educational presentations to referral partners and community groups.
- Increase brand awareness throughout the local market.
- Become a recognized leader and resource within the senior care community.
Generate New Business Opportunities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Maintain an active pipeline of referral relationships and business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with referral partners and prospects.
- Track referral activity, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Build Meaningful Relationships
- Become a trusted advisor to professionals serving seniors and their families.
- Educate referral partners on available care options and community resources.
- Create authentic connections that lead to long-term partnerships.
