Home Care Office Manager & Community Liaison

Location: American Fork, Utah (with travel throughout Utah County and occasional travel to Salt Lake County during initial training)

Training Location: Salt Lake City Office

Join Home Helpers Home Care as our Home Care Office Manager and Community Liaison for our new American Fork location! This is a unique opportunity to be a part of launching a new office while receiving the full support of our experienced statewide team.

In this hybrid role, you'll wear multiple hats—from marketing and recruiting to scheduling and client support. As the team grows, you'll have the flexibility to focus more deeply on the areas that align best with your strengths and interests. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide occasional hands-on support to clients, embracing our whole-person care philosophy.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $36,000–$42,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Total Compensation Package: Up to $70,000 including bonuses and benefits

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional, personal, or family)
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Adaptable with the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
  • Confident presenter with active listening skills
  • Professional demeanor with a compassionate, service-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to be on-call on a rotating basis and respond to occasional after-hours needs

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of referral partners to drive client growth
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend community events including health fairs, senior expos, and more
  • Create and deliver engaging marketing presentations using company resources
  • Track and report on marketing initiatives, trends, and competitive insights
  • Offer creative ideas and strategies for lead generation and business development
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of caregivers as needed
  • Assist with client intake and occasional in-home care support
  • Maintain a professional, approachable presence in the community
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
