Phoebe Hospice is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare marketing, community outreach, and building strong referral partnerships while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Lead marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Promote Phoebe Hospice services within the community and healthcare market
- Assist with strategic growth initiatives and market development
- Develop strategic partnerships for the growth and sustainability in the Lehigh Market.
- Utilize CRM to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of pre-acute and post-acute healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing and community outreach strategies
