The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected hospice provider in the DFW Metroplex, to identify a compassionate, relationship-driven Hospice Community Liaison. In this field-based role, you will serve as the face of the agency, building trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities, and community organizations to grow hospice and palliative care programs.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing, you will expand referral networks and connect patients and families with compassionate, high-quality hospice and palliative care, ensuring they receive the support, comfort, and dignity they deserve.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations
  • Represent hospice and palliative care services through community outreach and educational presentations
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies while meeting referral and productivity goals
  • Analyze market trends and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Chief Nursing Officer, and leadership to support educational programs, palliative care expansion, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare marketing regulations and agency policies
  • Serve as a trusted resource to referral partners while promoting compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development & continuing education
  • Serve as a liaison between the community and the agency, providing insights on local healthcare and customer needs
  • Promote the agency's mission, philosophy, and administrative policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience required; Hospice experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development

Additional Skills & Requirements

  • Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Independent field-based work with professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check
  • Valid Texas driver's license, Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance
  • Balance sitting, driving, standing, and field work
  • Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment  & build strong community relationships
  • Remain composed, professional & approachable  in high-pressure situations
