Community Liaison – Hospice & Palliative Care - Full -Time

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected hospice provider in the DFW Metroplex, <\/span><\/span>to identify a compassionate, relationship -driven Hospice Community Liaison. In this field -based role, you will serve as the face of the agency, building trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities, and community organizations to grow hospice and palliative care programs.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing, you will expand referral networks and connect patients and families with compassionate, high -quality hospice and palliative care, ensuring they receive the support, comfort, and dignity they deserve.<\/span><\/span>

What You'll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Represent hospice and palliative care services through community outreach and educational presentations<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies while meeting referral and productivity goals<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyze market trends and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Chief Nursing Officer, and leadership to support educational programs, palliative care expansion, and strategic initiatives<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare marketing regulations and agency policies<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Serve as a trusted resource to referral partners while promoting compassionate, patient -centered care<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Participate in ongoing professional development & continuing education<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Serve as a liaison between the community and the agency, providing insights on local healthcare and customer needs<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Promote the agency's mission, philosophy, and administrative policies<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform other duties as assigned<\/span><\/span>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience required; Hospice experience strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proven success in relationship -based sales and territory development<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    • Self -motivated, organized, goal -oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Independent field -based work with professionalism and emotional intelligence<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Valid Texas driver's license, Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Balance sitting, driving, standing, and field work<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Manage deadlines in a fast -paced environment  & build strong community relationships<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Remain composed, professional & approachable  in high -pressure situations <\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
