Job Summary

The Community Liaison serves as the bridge between Patients ER & Hospital and the community. This role focuses on building relationships, increasing awareness of services, and ensuring community needs are heard and addressed. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about community engagement. This position will assist the marketing department in daily operations and will work under the direction of the marketing director.

Position Responsibilities

The Community Liaison at Patients ER and Hospital will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and partners.
  2. Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and outreach activities.
  3. Share information about programs, services, and resources with the community.
  4. Gather feedback and identify community needs to inform organizational planning.
  5. Assist in planning and coordinating outreach activities, workshops, or events.
  6. Prepare reports and track engagement efforts.
  7. Support internal teams by communicating community insights and partnership opportunities.
  8. Maintain a flexible schedule to attend occasional evening or weekend events, as needed.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
