Summary: As a Community Kitchen Driver & Technician, you play a key role in preparing and delivering nutritious meals to kids, families, and seniors across our community. Working in our year-round commercial kitchen, you'll help cook, package, and transport meals—while supporting volunteers, operating our summer food truck, and ensuring food safety and vehicle readiness. This role is hands-on, mission-driven, and vital to expanding food access with dignity and care.

COMPETENCIES:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
LANGUAGE SKILLS & ABILITY: Proficiency in English required, bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online technologies is essential.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no direct reports but may support the coordination of volunteers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily works in a kitchen environment located within a warehouse, with intermittent exposure to outdoor elements such as cold, heat, and rain.

TRAVEL: Local travel between the 3 organizational sites is the primary expectation during business hours, with occasional visits to partner sites (Greeley, Red Feather Lakes, Estes, etc.). Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel.
