Hunger in Larimer County doesn't look the same for everyone. Some people don't know they qualify for benefits. Some do, but the process feels too complicated or too intimidating to start. Some just need someone to pick up the phone and walk them through the application process in their language, without judgment.

As our Community Impact Coordinator, you'll help people access SNAP—the federal nutrition program that puts money on a card each month to buy groceries. You'll guide clients through the application process, troubleshoot challenges, follow up when paperwork stalls, and connect them with additional food resources when they're needed.

Half of your time is direct client work: phone calls, applications, and follow-ups. The other half is relationship-building: showing up at community events, connecting with partner organizations across Larimer County, and making sure every agency that serves food-insecure families knows what we offer.

This is more than paperwork. It's one of the most direct ways we fight hunger—helping people access benefits they've earned and making healthy food more accessible for families across Larimer County.

What we're looking for:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience working with low-income or food-insecure communities
  • A driver's license and clean driving record (21+)
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and online tools
  • Someone who follows up, stays curious about policy changes, and is proactive in client interactions

If you're passionate about helping people, fluent in both English and Spanish, and want your work to make an immediate difference in someone's life, we'd love to hear from you.

Nourishing our community starts here.
