This role supports the planning, execution, and tracking of community, sports, sponsorship, and brand partnership events and activations. The position will assist with coordinating event logistics, tracking deliverables and KPIs, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring all programs align with company objectives and brand standards. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support high-quality event experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and financial accountability. This role also includes administrative coordination, travel management, and on-site event support. Location & Work Type Location: Atlanta, GA Work Type: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day coordination and contractual support for partnerships and sponsorships, including relationship management, ROI tracking, presentations, recaps, and lead generation activities. Support the planning and execution of annual events, including venue contracting, hotel coordination, attendee communications, staffing coordination, and on-site support. Assist with sports and community event execution including vendor negotiation, vehicle logistics, budgeting, marketing coordination, staffing, lead capture, and post-event reporting. Manage vehicle fleet requirements for events including scheduling, transportation coordination, billing, repairs, inventory management, and on-site logistics. Provide administrative support including meeting preparation, ordering and shipping event materials, processing purchase orders, routing documentation for approvals, and coordinating event ticket packages. Track budget expenditures, process supplier invoices, and support year-end financial accrual activities. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers related to transportation, detailing, staffing, security, catering, floral arrangements, cleaning services, and additional event operations. Manage travel, lodging, and expense coordination for individuals and groups using company travel systems and hotel partnerships. Support partnership and sponsorship event execution while maintaining project timelines and budgetary requirements. Provide support for special projects and ad hoc event requests. Travel up to 50% as required. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications Required: 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field/experience. Minimum 2+ years of work experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on events, trade shows, and motorsports. Experience collaborating cross-departmentally and ideating, managing, planning and executing large-scale projects. An understanding and working knowledge of events. An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies. A track record of thoughtful execution of innovative ideas. Experience managing third-party vendors and on-site logistics. Preferred (Optional): Experience supporting sponsorships, partnerships, or community engagement initiatives. Familiarity with budgeting, invoice processing, and financial reporting. Experience coordinating travel and logistics for events. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
