Job Overview: The Community Engagement & Programs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating charitable giving
initiatives, fostering community partnerships, managing outreach efforts, and supporting employee and community engagement activities. This position serves as the primary relationship manager for charitable giving recipients, tribal partners, government partners, community organizations, and internal stakeholders.
Success in this role means strengthening and expanding the Tribe’s philanthropic presence both in Indian Country and within the Twin Cities through a highly professional, strategic, and community-focused approach. The ideal leader brings nonprofit experience, strong program leadership, and the ability to elevate existing initiatives to the next level.
