Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Community Director at Juniper Fats in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The successful candidate will:
- 2–4 years of experience in property management or business.
- Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college or university.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Professional demeanor with experience in property management or business
- Strong communication, listening, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Team leadership: ability to lead, manage, train, and collaborate effectively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Calm, patient, consistent, and composed in emergencies or high-stress situations
- Customer-focused: courteous and empathetic in all interactions
- Strong time, task, and project management with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands
- Skilled in interpreting instructions, writing reports/manuals, and understanding business/regulatory material
- Proficient in basic math and financial analysis (e.g., rent, percentages, budgets)
