We are seeking a Community Coordinator to support a Family Hope Center by facilitating and supervising educational and empowerment activities for families.

  • Coordinate adult empowerment classes, recruit and train volunteers, and facilitate core programs like Faith and Finance, ESL, GED, and parenting.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance programming, organize events, and develop referral resources based on family needs.
  • Maintain program calendars, oversee volunteer engagement, and evaluate program data to improve services.
  • Build relationships with local agencies to connect families with resources for education, employment, housing, and more.
  • Ensure programs align with the Family Strengthening Framework and support team members in understanding and implementing it.
  • Assist participants in accessing community resources and coordinate communication among sponsors and partners.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, at least two years of community services experience, knowledge of community resources, and proficiency in computer skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, drive, and lift up to 50 pounds.
