The Community Clinical Consultant ("CCC") serves as a trusted connector between under-served communities, healthcare stakeholders, and the Company's clients—advancing the mission to forge meaningful, human-centered connections that improve health outcomes and equity.
This role is responsible for building and sustaining trusted relationships within diverse communities, translating complex clinical and health information into culturally relevant insights, and activating community-based programs that increase awareness, trust, and participation in healthcare and clinical research.
CCCs operate at the intersection of community engagement, health education, and strategic consulting. In addition to executing programs, they bring forward community insights that inform strategy, shape client engagement, and strengthen the Company’s differentiated approach to health equity.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
Build, cultivate, and sustain trusted relationships with community leaders, clinicians, organizations, influencers, and other key partners (“Trustmakers”) within assigned territories
Expand and strengthen the Company’s community network to ensure diverse and representative engagement across priority populations
Maintain long-term relationships that support continuity, trust, and sustained community impact
Program Execution & Delivery
Plan and execute community-based initiatives that align with client objectives and community needs
Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality expectations, and defined outcomes
Partner closely with internal project managers to align on strategy, program design, presentations, and reporting
Proactively identify risks and address challenges to ensure successful program execution
Strategic Insight & Consulting Contribution
Serve as a subject-matter resource on assigned communities, bringing forward insights that inform program design and client strategy
Translate community perspectives into actionable recommendations that enhance engagement, relevance, and impact
Identify opportunities for innovative partnerships, non-traditional approaches, and sustainable engagement models
Contribute to the evolution of the Company’s community engagement strategies and best practices
Measurement, Reporting & Operational Excellence
Participate in data collection, measurement, and reporting to demonstrate program impact and effectiveness
Track progress against defined qualitative and quantitative metrics
Maintain high standards of organization and documentation to support program delivery and team coordination
Representation & Thought Leadership
Represent the Company and its clients as a credible and trusted presence within assigned communities
Deliver clear, engaging, and culturally responsive presentations to a wide range of audiences
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and community engagements that foster trust and meaningful dialogue
Support cross-project collaboration and provide coverage as needed to ensure team success
Qualifications:
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience managing community-based, public health, or healthcare-related projects
Demonstrated experience working with under-served and underrepresented populations
Bachelor’s degree required; MPH or other relevant advanced degree preferred
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
