Community Caretaker

Calusa Country Club, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Community Caretaker! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Essential Job Functions

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required
