RISE has supported individuals and families since 1987. Our Community ABA Team brings
high-quality behavioral services directly to clients where they live, learn, and thrive. We are
expanding and looking for a mission-driven Community Behavior Analyst who wants
flexibility, strong clinical mentorship, and meaningful work in natural environments.

families and create a strong, consistent system of support. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst
will help lead the clinical team to ensure we deliver the highest-quality experience in all daily
interactions and services.

What You Will Do
\u25cf Conduct functional assessments and write ABA treatment plans
\u25cf Manage a 32-hour weekly clinical caseload across direct, supervision, and caregiver
skills training
\u25cf Provide weekly supervision and coaching to RBTs
\u25cf Deliver caregiver training sessions
\u25cf Review data and adjust programming weekly
\u25cf Collaborate with the Senior Behavior Analyst and clinical director team
\u25cf Attend monthly BCBA and team meetings
What We're Looking For
\u25cf Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
\u25cf Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community settings
\u25cf Professional, organized, and able to collaborate with multiple teams
\u25cf Reliable transportation
\u25cf Current CPR and First Aid
\u25cf Ability to pass a background check
\u25cf Ability to move including kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
