The Community Based Workforce Manager at ARC Human Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating community outreach programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to enhance engagement and service delivery.
  • Manage and lead a team of community workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to identify community needs and develop appropriate programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for community staff to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, community outreach, or human services.
  • Proven track record of managing community-based programs and initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for workforce development.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
