Job Description
This is not a remote position. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at DPS Fleet & Supply in Des Moines.
The Iowa Department of Public Safety is seeking to fill a Communications Technician 2 position within the Department's Fleet & Supply Operations.

How many years do you have of full-time work experience in telecommunication/radio system design, installation, or service?

How many years do you have of combined education and/or full-time experience (as described in number one), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university course work in electronic technology equals one year of full-time experience?

Are you a current State of Iowa employee? IF YES - Do you have current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes experience equal to eighteen months of full-time work as a Communications Technician 1?
