Typical Day in the Role

The team is responsible for product marketing, supporting a dynamic marketing organization. As a key member of this team, you will:

  • Drive the rhythm of business, including executive reviews and organizational alignment.
  • Support senior management-level deliverables, including OKRs, reporting, and executive preparation.
  • Lead internal communications, such as newsletters and sharing team impact.
  • Craft external communications, including drafting social media posts, blog content, and LinkedIn articles.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in a Chief of Staff or business manager role.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership at a high level.
  • A proven ability to drive team alignment and operational cadence.
  • Exposure to both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Management & Leadership Support

  • Act as a trusted partner to marketing leadership, supporting planning and execution across key initiatives.
  • Drive the rhythm of business, including leadership team meetings and action tracking.
  • Collaborate across various departments to ensure alignment and forward momentum.
  • Independently advance work by synthesizing inputs and driving next steps.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively bring solutions.

2. Internal & External Communications

  • Lead and execute the internal communications strategy to drive awareness and adoption of key initiatives.
  • Create and manage internal narratives across multiple channels.
  • Support external-facing communications by drafting social posts and blogs.
  • Build and maintain an editorial cadence aligned with business priorities.

3. Operational Excellence & Budget Support

  • Manage and track marketing budgets, including spend visibility and coordination with finance partners.
  • Support the execution of planning cycles and ensure adherence to team processes and compliance requirements.

4. Execution at Speed

  • Operate with urgency and move work forward quickly and independently.
  • Translate high-level direction into clear outputs and actions.
  • Maintain strong follow-through across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in business management, marketing operations, communications, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to operate as a peer to senior stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for executive-level audiences.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high ownership mindset with the ability to drive ambiguous work to completion.

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise technology or cloud marketing.
  • Background in executive communications or storytelling.
  • Familiarity with marketing rhythms, field alignment, and launch planning.
