We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Permanent Communications, Partnerships & Market Development Associate. This role is a unique opportunity for a marketing professional to apply their skills in paid media, account management, and business development. This position will involve working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.
  • Manage paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with our marketing goals and budget.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, advocating for our brand and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows, including coordinating logistics, creating promotional materials, and conducting follow-up activities.
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on these.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the Continuing Education team to develop and implement educational initiatives that promote our brand and products.
  • Promote the use of propane in various sectors, leveraging your knowledge of this energy source.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on paid media, account management, and business development.
  • Proven experience in the planning and execution of events and trade shows.
  • Strong knowledge of the propane industry and its applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience in the education sector, particularly in the development and implementation of Continuing Education initiatives.
  • Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to effectively represent and promote our brand.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
