This position is for Monday - Friday (Day shift).

Amazon is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill a Communication Coordinator role at IND1. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

The Communication Coordinator will develop and execute effective communication strategies that promote clear and consistent messaging across the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal communication initiatives that increase employee engagement, improve productivity, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment while interacting with HR and leadership.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain creative communication throughout the site through InSTALLments, Acid Feeds, InSites emails, and other mediums
  • Track and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders, as well as continually monitor, analyze and tune messaging to maximize impact
  • Research and leverage other sites communication strategies to bring best practices to IND1
  • Drive consistency with communication across all departments
  • Partner with support teams to understand their challenges and provide assistance with Improving effective communication
  • Ability to take action when answers to a problem are not readily apparent
  • Develop visual content including video editing, use of Photoshop and other visual design programs
  • Support Affinity groups with communications of events and help develop and communicate the site monthly engagement calendar
  • Function as a back-up for the GMA when applicable
