Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Communication & Documentation Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC. Summary: In this role, the Communication & Documentation Analyst supports cross-functional initiatives, operational processes, and team priorities by helping drive work to completion in the DSCX organization. This role would be to submit and track tickets, work collaboratively, build alignment across stakeholders, and understand projects and processes to provide support. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented with a strong customer mindset, someone who can manage multiple changes simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, coordinate and track day-to-day ticket workflow and execution for business communications
  • Maintain clear documentation and status reporting to organize and track deliverable action items and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate and communicate across teams to drive solutions, gather information, resolve issues, document processes and influence and build relationships
  • Contribute to project activities and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing data, monitoring progress, and communicate updates
  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable to support changing priorities and business needs
  • Support project activities by understanding project plans, dependencies, milestones, and end-to-end process flows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in business operations analysis
  • 3 years of experience with technology or software production
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to customer experience
  • Experience in ticketing systems and project workflows
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly to manage multiple priorities, business needs and changes at the same time
  • Abilit to understand project workflows, operational and process dependencies
  • Attention to detail with strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without direct authority
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Jira or similar tools
  • Ability to read, write and understand English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
